County Court Judgements

What is a County Court Judgement?

A County Court Judgement or CCJ is a document that is issued when you haven't paid money that you owe. It is a process that allows creditors to claim the money owed back. Your creditor/s can apply to the County Court for the CCJ and if the court agrees, then they will issue the judgement. The CCJ will stipulate the planned structure of repayment of the debt.

With your form you will be sent an Admission Form, which you must fill out and send back within 14 days. This form allows you to state your case in the situation before the CCJ is applied.

Are you facing CCJ's?

Remember, Just because you have CCJ's against you or there is legal action against you, does not mean there is other help available. If you are in this situation and struggling with debts and creditors, call our debt advisors now for help and advice on 0800 043 5133. Alternatively, fill in the form below and we will contact you.
