Confidentiality with Debt Advice

When you submit an enquiry to Debt Advice your details are handled in the strictest of confidence. We will reply to any given email address that you supply. Do not submit a work email, if you do not want contacted at this email address. Should you submit a telephone number to us, we will not disclose who we are to anyone but yourself. We will explain that it is a personal call and nothing more.

Data Protection with Debt Advice

All debt advice is provided by our sister company National Debt Relief. We guarantee that any information you give us about your situation will be kept strictly confidential. We will never pass your information on to a third party or use it in an improper manner. Should you contact us or submit details to us, we will keep your information in accordance with the Data Protection Act so we can contact you. Should you not require our services any longer, just let us know and we will remove your details and stop contacting you. Debt Advice is an ethical company and we will not abuse your information in any way and we NEVER cold call clients.
